On of the most prominent names in big time real estate investment, Tom Barrack, is selling out. Barrack has likened the real estate market in the US as one filled with amateurs. And, when amateurs are on the playing field, people are going to get hurt. This is the sentiment that Tom Barrack used in a recent article on CNN.com. Barrack manages $245 Billion in real estate holdings world wide and thinks that now is a great time to be selling US real estate and a terrible time to buy. I guess we will have to see if Barrack’s prediction about the real estate market is correct.
